At Naturally Made by Danielle, I want to give my customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to my store time and time again. That’s why I believe that my store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all of my policies. Shipping and Delivery

Once your order has been placed, your items will be dispatched within 7 days. All products are handmade to order so this gives ample time to prepare your products and get them sent out to you.

All products will be sent to you via royal mail using the 1st class postage service for UK residents or via DPD courier service for USA customers.

UK customers: Standard shipping is £3.85 which is for 1st class delivery. 1st class signed for is also available at the cost of £4.85 so your item will require a signature on delivery.

USA Customers: Royal Mail Economy delivery starts at £9.50 (takes 2-12 weeks) DPD courier Air Classic service starts at £22.69 (takes 3-6 business days) & DPD courier Air Express service starts at £25.44 (takes 2-4 days). Postage is calculated based upon the weight of your order.

I ensure all items are packaged safely and securely to avoid damage in transit however I am not responsible for damages during transit. If your items are received in damaged packages, please take a photo before opening and then check the items inside, if the items inside are damaged please contact me to discuss further.

Due to the nature of our products returns are not accepted as all products are handmade to order, with specific fragrance choices.

These products contain 100% natural and unrefined oils and butters that come from nuts, seeds and fruits.

I recommend that all customers, especially those with sensitive skin perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction to the products. If sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and Naturally Made by Danielle will not be held responsible for such occurrences. If you have any allergies, please speak to a medical professional before use.
